The Community Farm is a community-owned social enterprise growing organic vegetables on 28 acres of land in the Chew Valley and delivering vegetables and fruit to around 400 customers a week.
We have an exciting new job opportunity within our small team at The Community Farm, for a Lead Packer for our vegetable and fruit boxes.
The post is 3 days a week Monday-Wednesday, based at our warehouse in Chew Magna.
Leading a small team of staff and volunteers, you will make sure the vegetable boxes are packed carefully and on time for delivery to our customers, taking particular care over quality control, produce handling and presentation.
