Those of you who come up to the farm regularly will know that we're lacking in decent toilet facilities. We also need some tools for our volunteers and other essential items of equipment.
Having had recent success with a grant application, we'll be increasing our volunteer numbers over the next year and want to be able to provide better facilities too (the grant didn't cover capital spend), so we're looking to crowdfund for these items and are one of 10 projects selected to take part in a competition launched on 29th November to become the www.crowdfunder.co.uk project of the week next week!
The project that reaches the highest percentage towards its target by 2pm on Monday 2nd December will be the winner.
If you can help save us from the continued use of portaloos and support us then please visit the the crowdfunder website - thank you!! Here's the link to our project with a great video by Gabriel Gilson. http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/thecommunityfarm
