Swiss Chard with garlic, chilli and lemon

Wash the Swiss chard and shake of the excess water and roughly chop the leaves and stems into 2 cm pieces and keep separately. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and reserve for later.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the sliced garlic and diced chilli. Cook for 30 secs to allow the ingredients to soften and flavour the oil.
Add the chard stalks to the pan and cook until they start to soften then add the chard leaves move around the pan and cook for a couple of minutes and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve immediately.
