Stir-fried Brussels sprouts

Heat a wok with a splash of sesame or rapeseed oil.
Add finely sliced garlic, ginger, chilli and spring onions and stir fry before adding a couple of handfuls of halved or quartered Brussels sprouts.
Stir fry for a couple more minutes, add a splash of stock or water, a splash of soy sauce and a squeeze of lemon.
Serve with noodles or rice.
