We welcome Community Farm volunteers new and old to join us for a picnic at the farm next Thursday, from 10am to 3pm, to celebrate our success and make plans for the future.
There will be lots of tasty food, so no need to bring your packed lunches.This will be a great opportunity for us all to get together, share what makes us tick and focus on what we could do to make life at The Community Farm even better.
The day will include a look back on the plans we made during our Spring into Action day earlier this year. We’ll have a look at our crop success so far – John, our head grower, will give an update on the quantities of organic vegetables we have produced. We'll also be planning our work for the upcoming months.
You are welcome to bring anyone with you who has volunteered with us, or who thinks they might like to.
