Get your wellies on! Rain or shine, this is one festival where you’ll actually want them....
For three days in August (28-30) the fields next to The Community Farm will be transformed into a festival that celebrates all things good - good music, good food and good old family fun!
Valley Fest will provide us with an opportunity to share the bountiful benefits of organic food and farming with a broader audience. Throughout we will be working hard to avoid any disruption to our growing activities and to our neighbours in the Chew Valley. The festival is all about family, fun and the land. There will be a fantastic line-up including:
Huey Morgan (the Fun Lovin' Criminal) with his first ever festival DJ takeover | The Correspondents | The Freestylers | The Pee Wee Ellis Funk Assembly | The EGG | Gypsies of Bohemia | DJ Chris Tofu | The Rythmites | Dj Don Jonston | The Swingers | The Duckworths | La Mutanta | Dele Sosimi | No Go Stop | Tezeta
With these headline acts on the Main Stage, glitzy cabaret, dance artists and everything in between they can guarantee there will be something for all ages and interests. Whether you want to get your face painted, take a balloon ride over the beautiful Somerset countryside, learn crafts, brush up on your yoga, take in some art, eat some top-notch locally sourced 'good' food, learn break dance and circus skills or just dance like nobody’s watching there will always be something to tickle your fancy.
New for 2015, Valley Fest will host 7 themed venues:
