There is no doubt that 2015 was a big year, with huge triumphs such as Bristol winning European Green Capital or the Paris Climate Talks. However as eco-warriors, we can’t help but hope that 2016 will continue in this upward trajectory towards sustainability.
Taking all that we’ve learned in 2015 about the state of the planet and our shared environment, we thought it would be fitting to jump start 2016 on the right foot and help you set some resolutions worth sticking to.There are many things we can all do to help improve the health of the planet, many of which start with you. So get ready to unleash your inner eco-warrior and get going to ensure that 2016 is the most planet-friendly year yet!
Do 15 in 15
Last year Bristol 2015 launched its Do 15 in 15 campaign.It encouraged people across Bristol to pledge their support for Bristol’s year as European Green Capital by committing to doing something to help make Bristol a greener and more sustainable city.
During the last 14 weeks of 2015 we explored 14 themes for more sustainable future. Now it is your turn to make a New Year’s resolution that will really have an impact!
Here are some of our ideas for New Year’s resolutions worth sticking to:
