Last Tuesday we experienced a power surge at our warehouse that knocked out all of our electricity supply. This was not restored by the supplier for a few days.
This meant that we had no internet access, no telephones and limited refrigerated storage for our produce.
We are pleased to say that everything is now fully up and working (including the kettle!). However we are aware that a number of a customers may have been trying to contact us and would have just heard the sound of the phone ringing. Equally we were unable to receive or reply to emails.We would like to sincerely apologise to any customers who tried to contact us over this period.
We would also like to know if the produce you received was not top quality when it reached you.
