The Community Farm is looking for a new member of their wholesale and box scheme team to help with wholesale and box scheme deliveries as well as some packing.
Based in the busy, friendly wholesale department in Chew Magna, you will help the team deliver quality produce to the Farm's wide range of customers ranging from awarding winning restaurants and shops to members and box scheme customers in Bristol and the surrounding area.
This is a varied and involved role and we are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude, a full clean driving license, fantastic customer service and an enthusiasm for the social and environmental aims of the Community Farm. This is an exciting time to join the Farm with plenty of opportunities to take a full role in this social enterprise.
Scope of the Job
- To carry out all driving, picking and packing tasks relating to the vegetable box and wholesale business
- Full-time 40 hours a week Monday-Friday
- Monday – 5.30am to 13.30pm (Wholesale Driver)
- Tuesday – 6am until 2pm (Wholesale and Box Scheme Pack)
- Wednesday – 3am until 11am (Box Scheme Driver Bristol)
- Thursday – 3am until 11am (Box Scheme Driver Bristol)
- Friday – 3am until 11am (Box Scheme Driver Bristol)
The successful applicant will be paid £6.58 an hour.
