Local supplier, Hembridge Organics, celebrates success as an award winner in global marmalade competition.
Local preserves company, and friend of the farm, Hembridge Organics are toasting their success having received a prestigious food award at the 12th World’s Original Marmalade Awards celebrations at Dalemain. With record entries from over 30 countries around the globe, this award proves that their marmalade really is world class.Hembridge Organics from East Pennard, Shepton Mallet has just scooped a Silver (and Bronze) award in the 12th World’s Original Marmalade Awards. They won one of the marmalade world’s most prestigious accolades for their Whisky Marmalade and Seville Marmalade which impressed judges with its appearance, colour, consistency, aroma and flavour.
Kerry Dodd, of Hembridge Organic, said they were delighted to win the award:
