Come and learn the theory and practical skills for saving your own seed.
Saturday 12th July, 10am to 3pm
After high demand, Tim Foster is back to share his wisdom and practical skills for saving seed.
During the morning you will have the opportunity to explore some floral botany to gain a better understanding of different plants and how they are pollinated.
You’ll then put this theory into practice by doing some simple seed saving as well as separating seed from plants that cross-pollinate. You’ll even have the opportunity to make some simple insect-proof tents for plants that cross pollinate.
