We have rearranged some of our veg box deliveries in order to enable us to create a new delivery round, thus easing the pressure on our current rounds and ensuring that customers still receive their deliveries early in the morning. The customers affected by this change have been emailed, informing them of their new delivery day. Customers with postcodes starting BS2 0, BS2 9, BS5 0, BS5 6, BS5 9 and BS6 6, who previously had their delivery on a Thursday or Friday, will now receive their boxes on a Wednesday. This change takes effect from next week (the week beginning 10th June 13). We are sure that this change will result in an improved service for all our customers.
