The Community Farm is a not-for-profit organisation. The income we make from selling organic boxes is reinvested into our educational and community activities.

How we reinvest income from our organic vegetable boxes
- At The Community Farm, we're developing a new model of sustainable, organic farming, where all members of the community can come together and play a part in producing their own food.
- We aim to enhance the public's understanding of farming, reconnecting people with the land and demonstrating how food can be produced in a sustainable way.
- Our educational and community activities include school visits, children's activities, adult learning, community events and volunteering opportunities;
- We are also in the process of developing activities for a range of vulnerable groups of people.

Local and ethical- Unlike some box schemes, The Community Farm is owned by members of the local community, with more than 500 investor members
- Our boxes include the vegetables we grow at the Farm – you can't get much more local than that!
- We work with a network of small suppliers that share our ethics and are as local as possible;
- All the products we sell are organic (Soil Association certified or equivalent if sourced from abroad)
- The products we sell from abroad are never air-freighted.

- Our organic boxes are delivered direct to your door. We may also be able to set up a local delivery hub near you, such as a school, workplace or community centre
