- Spring Forage & Make - spring tonics

Join us at the farm to delve into the world of foraging and use the seasonal ingredients we find to make something to take away with you!
Spring is a wonderful time to delve into the world of wild food! Leah will guide you on a walk around The Farm where you will explore the abundance of fresh Spring greens the land has to offer, learn about their edible and medicinal uses and then sustainably harvest them before heading back to the yurt to make your very own Spring tonics!
The plants of Spring offer us many of the benefits that our body craves after a long winter - they help us to cleanse and reinvigorate our systems. This workshop will give you hands-on experience in using foraged ingredients to make seasonal herbal concoctions which will boost your immune system.
